Thomasville city baseball registration is now open Registration for baseball, softball and T-ball will be held Saturday, Feb. 9 and Saturday, Feb. 16 at the recreation building located at 2285 Bashi Road (formerly the Lower Dixie Timber building) from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. These programs are offered for both boys and girls. There is a new age eligibility cutoff date for both boys and girls, mandated by Dixie Inc. Baseball - one must be at least 7 years of age and no older than 14 years of age on or before April 30, to be eligible. Softball - One must be at least 7 years of age and no older than 15 years of age on or before April 30, to be eligible. T-ball - one must be at least 3 years of age and no older than 6 years of age on or before April 30, to be eligible to participate. Anyone participating in school ball must still register for the City League Program at registration. Bring the following in order to register: - $35 registration fee - Copy of birth certificate or proof of age - Parents must be present to sign parental consent form.
