Moody Radio's WMBV Share 2008 set Feb. 26 - 29 Non-commercial Christian radio station WMBV in Dixons Mills is getting ready for its annual fund-raiser called Share, which will take place Tuesday through Friday, Feb. 26-29. Station Manager Rob Moore, said regular programming will be suspended for these four days as the station will seek listener call-in gifts in an effort to raise a large part of Moody Radio's annual budget. "This is a wonderful time of fellowship, testimonials, praise and worship," said Moore, station manager for the radio station which this year celebrates 20 years of broadcasting. "We hope people that are impacted by WMBV will be led to call and contribute, because we know that there are many listeners and we need to involve them actively in reaching our goal of $275,000." Several area businesses and church groups pitch in and donate food for the volunteers during Share.
