Sidewalks not meant to be Fido's bathroom
OUR VIEW
      There are a lot of us animal lovers out in the world. And there's not much most of us wouldn't do for our pets. So here's a suggestion. If you have your pet on a city sidewalk, try to walk it off somewhere to do its business. Failing that, please try to clean up after Fido.
