Powell, Stauffacher to wed March 15

Mr. and Mrs. Charles "Jody" L. (Donna) Powell of Bashi announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Stefanie Ann Powell to Jamie Lee Stauffacher of Thomasville, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joe (Gail) Langley of Grove Hill.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of the late Donald and Myra Jean Hare of Bashi and the late T.H. and Ruby Powell of Scyrene. She is a 2003 graduate of Thomasville High School and a 2007 graduate of the University of South Alabama where she earned a bachelor of science degree in elementary education. She is currently employed by the Thomasville City Schools.
The prospective groom is the grandson of Robert Jocius and the late Mary Jocius of Mobile. He attended Jackson High School and is currently employed by Louisiana Pacific Corporation in Thomasville.
The wedding will be held at 3 p.m., March 15, at Bashi United Methodist Church. No local invitations will be sent and relatives and friends are invited.
