Spring break T-shirts are on sale now
Katie Simon

Hello Thomasville, and what a week it has been here at THS! The impending weekend has been ruminated upon with great anticipation by the students whose energy has been all but exhausted by the graduation exams, which have absorbed most of their week. Unfortunately, there still lingers a couple more days. Thursday will be the language portion and Friday will be the science portion. Good luck to all the participating students!

If you are interested in buying a 2007-2008 Spring Break T-shirt, they are now on sale through March 10. They are $13. Order forms are available in the office. There will be a blood drive in the school library on March 14 from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. . If you have good, healthy blood, come out and share your blessing with someone who needs it. If you desire to do something truly worthwhile, just remember, when you give a pint, you're saving lives. It could be your son or your daughter, your mother or your father, your best friend or your neighbor. It could even be yourself. So come and take part in this awesome event. You won't regret it!

Our Thomasville Tigers have had a good initiation to their 2008 baseball season with their recent victory over Jackson. March 11 is the date of our upcoming baseball game vs. Sweet Water right here at our home field. Come out and support our Tigers, Thomasville!

With the beauty review and Thespian Festival behind us, Mrs. Newton is already embarking on her next great feat - School House Rock Live! The spring play is underway with approaching auditions. If you are talented in performance and can sing, dance, design make-up, work on set, or anything else that might be of help, sign up with Mrs. Lisa Newton at the school. Audition forms are with her.

I hope that everyone has had a great week so far and finishes off the same!

Reporting from inside Thomasville High School, I am Katie Simon. God Bless You!
