Reid, Prater plan April 26 wedding
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Sudie Reid and the late Bruce Reid of Thomasville and Barbara Bridges and the late Jimmy R. Bridges of Vineland. She is a graduate of Thomasville High School and a graduate of the University of Alabama. She is currently employed by Enterprise in Mobile. The prospective groom is the grandson of James Prater and Gerry Prater of Tuscaloosa and Willene Steele and the late Earl Steele of Gadsden. He is a graduate of Central High School in Tuscaloosa. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Alabama and is pursuing a career in medicine at the University of South Alabama Medical School. The wedding will be held at 2 p.m., April 26, at Thisldu Farm in Boligee.
