Hectic schedule resumes after spring break
Margaret Laurence once said, "Holidays are enticing only for the first week or so. After that, it is no longer such a novelty to rise late and have little to do."

Personally, I do not know many who share this opinion, but for those of you who concur, I'm sure you're glad to be back from our week of spring break! Thomasville High School has not missed a beat bouncing back into routine.

Relay for Life is entertaining a lot of attention these days. Yesterday we paid $3 and enjoyed a full dress out day. If you missed out, you will have another opportunity next Friday, April 11 and April 25. The price will, again, be $3. Proceeds go toward the Senior RFLTeam. The senior team is also hosting an art auction this Saturday in the THS gym from 6 to 7 p.m. Please come out and help us meet our goals. If you are part of a team, remember, Relay for Life is April 25.

If you are ordering a class ring, pay attention! Orders will be turned in next Tuesday, April 8 at 8 o'clock in the THS library. Don't miss this date! April 10, there will be a jazz ensemble performance in the THS gym at 1 p.m.

For those of you who enjoy video games, there will be a Guitar Hero and Dance Dance Revolution Tournament next Friday, April 11, at 5 o'clock in the THS cafeteria. So if you have not played in a while, brush up and come out and show us your "mad skills!"

I hope you all are doing well this week! Until next time, I'm Katie Simon. God Bless You!
