Etheridge, Jackson receive scholarships
Two Clarke County students were recently awarded Trustees Scholarships to attend The University of West Alabama in Livingston. These awards, which are based on academic achievement and proven leadership potential, come from the UWA Office of Admissions.
Jessie C. Etheridge of Thomasville receives a $6,000 academic scholarship. A senior at Thomasville High School, Etheridge plans to major in accounting.
Talisha J. Jackson of Thomasville also earns a $6,000 academic scholarship. A senior at Thomasville High School, she plans to major in biology.
