Top FBLA head to B'ham
Congratulations are in order to the baseball team for its victory over Jackson on Monday night in the county tournament. However, they did not pull out a win against Grove Hill. You can't win them all guys. Keep up the hard work! The Future Business Leaders of America recently competed in online competitions. The winners are now continuing on to state competition. The following members will be traveling to Birmingham Thursday and Friday, April 17 and 18: Crystal Calhoun, Caitlynn Gaines, Bernard Jackson Jr., Carli Ludlow, Jessica McCall, Ciara Pate and Rayshawndre Washington. Livia Coleman and Kay Larrimore, FBLA advisors, will be accompanying these students on their endeavor. Good Luck FBLA! The FBLA will also be involved in an AVON fundraiser. Please see Mrs. Larrimore or Mrs. Coleman if you having any questions. Anyone who is interested in the co-op program should contact Mrs. Larrimore as soon as possible. The co-op program is a great way for high school students to get a jumpstart on what the working world is all about. And now, as I leave you all for this week, please do not forget the Tiger Times online newspaper is available on the THS website. All announcements will be listed there, so come check out the new edition to the website.
Until next time, I'm Jennifer Henson, counting down those last days of school. Have a great, enriching week!
