Turner, Glass plan May wedding in Jefferson

Julie DeAnna Turner of Tuscaloosa and William Christopher Glass of Linden announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Faye Grammer and the late Kenneth Grammer of Tuscaloosa. Her grandparents are Ruby Yeatmen and the late Lester Leonard and the late Mr. and Mrs. Ollie Grammer. She attended college at Shelton State Community College, has an associate's degree in nursing and is employed by Bryan Whitfield Memorial Hospital.
The prospective groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Glass of Linden. His grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Cleveland Glass of Linden and the late Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Anderson of Sweet Water. He attended Alabama Southern Community College and earned an associates degree in industrial technology. He is employed at Green County Steam Plant.
The wedding will be held at 5 p.m., May 17, at Flatwoods, Old Macedonia Church Road in Jefferson. Out of town invitations have been sent, but all family and friends are invited.
