Students rewarded after McCain visit
School News
Katie Simon
After an awesome prom weekend, things are rolling once again here at Thomasville High School. The senior class says thank you to Mr. Sealy, Mrs. Coleman, Mrs. Lambert, Ms. Bumpers, and Mrs. Barlow, our 2008 prom sponsors. Thank you also to all the parents and students. All the late hours that were invested into that special night paid off tremendously!

THS was privileged to have Senator John McCain pay a visit. Congratulations to all the students on your outstanding and exceptional behavior. To reward you, Mr. Ferguson has declared Friday to be a full dress out day free of charge! There will also be an ice cream social. Thank you Mr. Ferguson and great job THS!

After weeks upon weeks of fund-raising and preparation, Relay For Life has finally arrived! All the Relay teams will gather at the high school and set up for a night of great food as well as exciting and competitive games. But most importantly, Friday will be a night that represents the action that Thomasville has taken on behalf of those afflicted with cancer.

Our baseball team is pressing on into the playoffs. They will play Alabama Christian Academy this Friday at 4 p.m. and at 7 p.m. They will play them again on Saturday at 1 p.m.

if necessary. Tickets will be $9. Stop by and cheer them on Thomasville! Good Lucks Guys!

Reporting to you from inside Thomasville High School, I'm Katie Simon. Have a great weekend and God Bless You!
