Girl Scouts helping out

February’s a month for love and Thomasville’s Girl Scout troop 8557 is getting in the act by asking for gifts from the heart. They’re starting a month of community service projects starting with a food drive at WalMart and Super Foods Feb. 7, and a coat drive Feb. 13. We’ll have more details and an interview with the girls in next week’s paper.
