Lucille Imojean Bell, 76, of Saraland died Saturday, November 27, 2010 at Citronelle Convalescent Center. She was born June 1, 1934 in Magnolia.

She retired from BE&K Construction Company after 25 years as a document control manager. She was also an avid Alabama fan.

Graveside funeral services were held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 1, 2010 at Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Tony Earl Cannon officiating.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Houston C. Bell, Sr.; son-in-law, Eddie Wayne Williams and grandson, Shayne Williams.

She is survived by her daughter, Janis Williams Sells of Chunchula; son, Houston C. (Millie) Bell, Jr.; daughter, Carla Bell (Charles) Fullilove of Citronelle; two brothers, Jack Smyly of Eclectic and Gary Smyly of Magnolia; three sisters, Patricia Taylor of Magnolia, India Goss of Montgomery and Carolyn Norris of Rainsville; four grandchildren, Candace Maddox, Shayna Sims, Kaley Sullivan and Misty Cowart; special friend, Danny Klug and 5 great grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Waylon Goss, Matthew Connell, Rusty Smyly, Tony Smyly, Steve Smyly and Rodney Bass.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

O’Bryant Chapel Funeral Home in Thomasville directed.
