Annette C. Moore, 83, of Butler, died Thursday, Aug. 4, 2011 in Baldwin County. She was born April 18, 1928. She was a retired school teacher.
Funeral services were 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 6, 2011, at the First Baptist Church of Butler with Rev. Hamp Andrews, Rev. Jeremy Sorrells, and Rev. Franklin McLelland officiating. Interment was at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens in Butler.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Harold B. Moore; parents, James Paul Corgill and Ruby Alabama Fontaine Corgill; brother, James E. Corgill.
She is survived by her son, Robert H. “Bob” Moore (Karen) of Tuscaloosa; two daughters, Lisa Ann Moore of Butler and Lynn M. Hospes (Bruce) of Birmingham; two brothers, Gerald Corgill (Ann) of Thomasville and Johnny Corgill (Ann) of Satsuma; sister, Barbara A. Corgill of Thomasville; sister-in-law, Juanita A. Corgill of Augusta, Ga.; four grandchildren, Brad Moore (Sarah) of Saraland, Layne Moore of Tuscaloosa, Hunter Hospes of Birmingham and Nathan Hospes of Birmingham.
Pallbearers were Paul Corgill, Braden Mims, Jimmy Corgill, Leo Allen, Chris Doggett, Phil Pope, Jimmy Cowan, Brian Horton.
Honorary Pallbearers were the Deacons of First Baptist Church.
