John Calvin Larrimore, 75, of Dickinson died Thursday, Sept. 8, 2011. He was born December 13, 1935. He was a retired Production Supervisor with McMillan Bloedel Paper Mill. Mr. Larrimore was a member of First Baptist Church in Fulton and was a member of Alabama Farmer’s Federation and was a U. S. Army Veteran serving during the “Bay of Pigs.”

Funeral services were 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 10, 2011 at First Baptist Church Fulton with Rev. John Copeland officiating. Interment was at Grove Hill Cemetery (Mathews Section).

He is survived by his wife, Captoria W. Larrimore of Dickinson; two sons, John Derrill Larrimore and Kenneth Wilson Larrimore both of Jackson; daughter, Kay Larrimore Mullins of Dickinson; two brothers, Leo B. Larrimore, Jr. of Jackson and Horace B. Larrimore, Sr. of Dickinson; sister, Mary Sue Moore of Whatley; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Calvin Bradford, Larry Larrimore, Neil Bush, Doug Pugh, Mike Good, Bert Moore, Horace B. Larrimore, Jr. and Leo Benjamine Larrimore.
