Dan Harvell, 76, a retired carpenter of Fulton died Tuesday, July 3, 2012, at Monroe County Hospital in Monroeville. He was born October 20, 1935 in Pine Hill.
Funeral services were Saturday, July 7, at O’Bryant Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. Grey Snodgrass officiating. Internment followed at Kelly Cemetery in Pine Hill.
He is survived by his wife, Marie Harvell of Fulton; two sons, David (April) Harvell of Miamisburg, Ohio and Darren (Heather) Harvell of Grove Hill; daughter, Sharon (Faron) McKinley of Franklin; five brothers, Don Harvell of Thomasville, Gray Harvell of Birmingham, Clarence Harvell of Grove Hill, Russell Harvell of Cleveland, Tenn. and Dennis Harvell of Yellow Bluff; four sisters, Louise Williams of Camden, Pearl Kreig of New Orleans, La., Mae Jenkins of Quitman, Miss. and Inez Nelson of Toxey; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were David Harvell, Darren Harvell, Faron McKinley, Tim Baugh, Jared Heatley and Jerry Harvell.
Honorary pallbearers were Seth Harvell, Ben Riley Harvell and Liam Heatley.
