Nathan Terry Morgan, 77, a former electrician of Thomasville died Friday, Oct. 5, 2012 at USA Medical Center in Mobile. He was born Sept. 13, 1935 in Sunny South and was a member of the Thomasville Baptist Church.
He is survived by two sons, Melvin Edward Morgan of Clinton, Ark. and James Taylor Morgan of Spanish Fort; two daughters, Sandra Morgan Moody of Guntersville and Angela Morgan Wenyon of Newark, Del.; two sisters, Essie McGilberry of Pine Hill and Anne Womack of Laurel, Miss.; ten grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Geraldine Twilley Morgan.
Funeral services were Tuesday, Oct. 9 at Thomasville Baptist Church with Rev. Ty Parten officiating. Interment followed at County Line Baptist Church cemetery in Arlington with O’Bryant Chapel Funeral Home directing.
Active pallbearers were Nathan St. John Morgan, Sloane Edward Morgan, Richard Benjamin Moody, Austin Taylor Morgan, Alec Michael Morgan and Logan Patrick Morgan.
Honorary pallbearers were Nathan Rutledge, Lawson Mitchell Morgan, members of the Thomasville Baptist Church choir and members of the Fishers of Men Sunday School class at Thomasville Baptist.
