Counselman

Wilma Irene Counselman, 95, of Thomasville, died Friday, Oct. 12, 2012 at her home. She was born Jan. 1, 1917 in Campbell and was a retired grocery store clerk. She was a member of Bashan Baptist Church.

She is survived by three daughters, Patricia Counselman Rush, June Counselman Morrison and Janice Counselman Anson, all of Thomasville; sister, Thelma Cofer of Dothan; 10 grandchildren, 17 greatgrandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Amos Bunyan Counselman and her daughter, Faye Counselman Woodall.

Funeral services were Monday, Oct. 15, 2012 at Witch Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Jimmy Simpkins and Rev. Marcus Long officiating. Interment followed in the church cemetery with O’Bryant Chapel Funeral Home directing.

Active pallbearers were Wendell Morrison, Brandon Morrison, Josh Morrison, Trey Emmons, Darren Woodall and Timmy Woodall.
