Millie Gray Harvell, 70, of Grove Hill died Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2013 at Mobile Infirmary. She was born Oct. 2, 1942 in Clarke County. Harvell was a homemaker and a former shirt factory worker.

She is survived by four sons, Grey (Vicky) Harvell, Jr. and Randy (Jessica) Harvell, both of Birmingham, Andy (Gail) Harvell of Thomasville and Glen Donald (Mandi) Harvell of Grove Hill; two daughters, Jeanelle (Moody) Keel and Jeanice (Buddy) Phillips, both of Grove Hill; four sisters, Jane Dunagan of Coffeeville, Annie Henderson of Grove Hill, Vera Merle Gates of Dickinson and Brenda Agee of Needham; 21 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.

Funeral services were Saturday, Aug. 17 at O'Bryant Chapel Funeral Home with Dr. Danny Ellis officiating. Interment followed at the Choctaw Corner Cemetery in Thomasville with O'Bryant Chapel Funeral Home in Thomasville directing.

Active pallbearers were Kasey Harvell, Shawn Harvell, Randy Harvell, Jr., Timothy Harvell, Hunter Harvell, Andrew Keel, Brian Claborn and Grey Harvell, III. Honorary pallbearers were Andrew Thrash, Charles Boykin, Chandler Cassity, Dalton Boykin, John Patrick Wilkerson, Lucas Gibson, Justin Smith, Tyler Walker, Jeffrey Williams, Hunter Kelley and Gage Massey.
