Ruth Charlene Stallings Crowley, 81, of Thomasville died Friday, Dec. 20, 2013, at Thomasville Health Care and Rehabilitation Center. She was born Sept. 13, 1932 in Cumberland, Miss. She was a former secretary at Olive Branch High School in Olive Branch, Miss. and was a member of the Maples Memorial United Methodist Church.

She is survived by three sons, David Bradford (Linda) Crowley of Austin, Texas, Stephen Tipp (Vicki) Crowley of Thomasville, and Timothy Lee (Sherry) Crowley of Highlands Ranch, Colo.; brother, Joe Curtis (Alma Jean) Stallings of Cumberland, Miss.; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bradford Damon Crowley; brother, Benjamin A. Stallings and great-grandson, James Tipp Harney.

Memorial services were Friday, Dec. 27 at Maples Memorial United Methodist Church in Olive Branch, Miss. with Dr. Arthur Gene Rice officiating. Graveside funeral services were at Providence Methodist Church Cemetery in Maben, Miss. with O'Bryant Chapel Funeral Home in Thomasville directing.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital.

Active pallbearers were Dr. Jarrod Harney, Matthew Crowley, Shane Stallings, Don Dickerson, John Crowley and Stacey Sharp.
