James Edward Baker, 68, died Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2012 in Thomasville. He was born May 11, 1944. He is survived by two brothers, Billy M. Baker of Thomasville and Tommy Baker of Montgomery; and one sister, Betty Pugh of Mobile. Funeral services were Saturday, Oct. 20, 2012 at New Hope No. 1 Baptist Church with interment in the church cemetery.
