“A Yellow Watermelon” will take to the stage in the Bedsole Theater of the Thomasville Civic Center. Cow Patty Bingo is Saturday



Cow Patty Bingo will be the featured event May 2 at the Thomasville Horse Arena on Old Hwy. 5 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. All proceeds from the event will benefit the Clarke and Washington County MRDD Board for mentally challenged adults. For more information see the calendar of events on Page 2A.

National Day of Prayer events



National Day of Prayer services will be held in Thomasville and Pine Hill Thursday, May 7. In Thomasville, the event will take place at 7 a.m. in front of the Thomasville Civic Center and is scheduled to last 30 minutes.
