At the recent Rural Development Summit recently hosted by the State of Alabama’s Department of Commerce, 15 counties were awarded entrepreneurial work stations. The work stations were made possible by a grant done through the Department of Commerce in order to further assist in successful economic development for rural counties. The Thomasville Library received one of the stations.
